Captain Dave Ruff (USN, ret.), one of the most respected U.S. Nuclear Submarine Force officers, former Commanding Officer of the nuclear ballistic missile submarine USS Louisiana (SSBN-743), and a senior officer at Combined Task Force 69, COMSUBGRU EIGHT, and Navy BUPERS, has endorsed John Mues.
